FACTS:
On 10-1 4-96, Tustin P.D. received a 9-1-1 call reporting a homicide
at 14400 Newport Ave. ROSARIO was found dead on the patio of the
apartment. While MARQUEZ was still at the apartment, ROSARIO's brother
(Victim 2) entered the residence. MARQUEZ attempted to stop Victim
2 from finding ROSARIO by also assaulting him. ROSARIO's brother
located the body after this altercation.
MARQUEZ is still at large. MARQUEZ has a previous arrest by Fullerton
P.D. for drunk driving. MARQUEZ has told friends he came to California
because he was wanted for murder in Mexico. MARQUEZ does not have
a vehicle. MARQUEZ has frequented areas of San Diego, Coronado,
and the Marine Corps Air Station in El Toro.
