Orange County, California Central Municipal Court warrant no. 95CF3332, charging Penal Code section 187(a) - Murder, has been issued for the arrest for CASTANEDA. The bail is set at One Million Dollars. The Tustin Police Department WILL extradite.

On 01-04-95 CASTANEDA shot and killed his estranged wife's boyfriend at 1111 San Juan St, Tustin CA. The murder weapon is outstanding. CASTANEDA should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS . CASTANEDA's son and brother were also involved in this murder and both are in CUSTODY.
