FACTS:
On December 8, 1995, at approximately 9:16 PM the Tustin Police Department received calls of shots being fired in the area of Pasadena and Alta Dena streets. A few minutes later the Department received a call of a male who had been shot.

Officers arrived to find the victim and summoned paramedics. The victim expired later that evening. Evidence at the scene indicated numerous rounds were fired from a moving vehicle. During the investigation the possibility of a Gang Shooting was eliminated.

RAMOS has been identified as the shooter in this murder.
