Attempt to Identify	Lewd Acts on a Child On September 7, 2008 at 1709 hours, the unidentified suspect exposed himself to a minor female in a Tustin department store. Neither the suspect nor victim have been identified at this time. Due to the nature of this crime, it is imperative the suspect is identified. The acts were caught on surveillance video. Learn More
Unknown Suspect	Robbery/Car Jacking Suspect Wanted On 2-6-06, the victim went to the Bank of America ATM at 13341 Newport Av. to make a deposit. The suspect approached her from behind and told her he had a gun. He demanded she withdraw $300.00 from her account, which she complied. The suspect told her she was going to drive him away from the location. The victim and suspect walked to the victim’s vehicle and the victim removed her infant child from the back seat. The victim handed the car keys to the suspect and ran away with her infant in her arms. The suspect was last seen driving N/B on Newport Av. The vehicle was later recovered unoccupied nearby in Santa Ana. Learn More
Unknown Suspect	Armed Robbery Suspect Wanted During the month of December 2005, The suspect robbed three convenience stores in the City of Tustin. The suspect displayed a weapon while demanding and making off with cash each time. The suspect asked for “Marlboro” cigarettes during one of the robberies. Juan Palacios	Murder Suspect Wanted On 01/05/03 Juan Palacios confronted an acquaintance of his in Tustin with a handgun. Palacios shot the victim in the chest and the victim died from his injuries. Palacios fled to Mexico, however it is possible he is in the Santa Ana area with family or friends. Learn More
