The City of Tustin (the "City") is seeking one or more contractors to provide nonexclusive towing services for the City of Tustin in accordance with the Agreement and Request for Proposal (RFP) available from the City's Police Department and online at www.tustinca.org. The City intends to award contracts to successful Bidders at the conclusion of this procurement process. The contracts may include, but are not limited to, towing and storage of improperly parked vehicles, vehicles that obstruct or impede the flow of traffic or obstruct emergency lanes, walkways, and handicapped parking spaces, police impound, seizure of evidence, and motor vehicle accidents.
