The City Clerk's Office assists and supports the public and City departments by making available the records necessary for the City to advance its administrative, legal, and legislative functions.
- Community Development
The Community Development Department provides a variety of services that ensure that the development and use of real property within the City creates and maintains a safe, economically vital and aesthetically pleasing place in which to live, work, and visit.

The Economic Development Department oversees many activities including: business development, Tustin Legacy,real estate activities, affordable housing and Successor Agency (Former Redevelopment Agency) activities.
The Economic Development Division is located across the street from City Hall at 275 Centennial Way, #104, Tustin CA 92780. Office hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday. The office is closed daily for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
